The operation was led by West Jakarta Mayor, Anas Effendi accompanied by Head of West Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-Department, M Hatta.

In that occasion, Effendi handed a Temporary Domicile Certificate (SKDS) to one of the occupants.

He said, the operation was held as order administration especially for newcomers.

"They obligate to report and have SKDS during in Jakarta," he said.

According to him, the requirements to get SKDS are local ID Card, travel document and other certificates.

"SKDS processing is very fast. Probably takes only in minutes. As for, for newcomers who want to move and stay in Jakarta permanently obligated to attach moving letter from their origin," he explained.

Besides, they must have settlement and obvious job.

"Don't be a bum who eventually makes trouble. So use the operation well," he added.
